I never used one of these before but wanted to try myself after watching videos about frequency/sound therapy.. I can’t still tell the results in the long run, but you can feel the vibration in your bones as stated and it helps me to relax. The mallet is nice as not all tuning forks come with a mallet. This comes with a mallet and a cleaning cloth
